The following maximum fees for performing notarial acts are allowed by Ohio law: (ORC 147.08)

Travel Fees:
Charges for travel by a Notary are not specified by law. Such fees are proper only if Notary and signer agree beforehand on the amount to be charged. The signer must understand that a travel fee is not stipulated by law and is separate from the notarial fees described above.
Emergency Appointments:
We realize that life isn’t a pre-written script, with guaranties of what will or won’t happen to you, so if you find yourself in an emergency or needing our services, please do not hesitate to call, any time of the day.
Appointments made between 10pm and 6am will all require special pricing, depending on time of day or night the service will be required, and depending on location of the meeting place.
Emergency service starts at $70 mobile travel and waiting time, plus additional needed notary fee for each notay event (see chart to the left).
Please have the needed fee available in cash for emergency appointments before we arrive, as we ONLY accept cash at emergency appointments.

ASSURING THAT DATES ON DATE SENSITIVE DOCS ARE CORRECT
ALL NOTARY WORK REQUIRED, INCLUDING SEPARATE CERTIFICATED AS REQUIRED
PACKAGING FOR SHIPMENT TO CLOSING LOCATION

The document shipping cost should be arranged and prepaid by the document producer in the settlement office with airbill or account numbers included. Otherwise, please add $25 for shipping.
